How to play
- Click a face-down card to flip it, then click a second card to make your guess.
- A matching pair stays face up on a duller card, so you can see at a glance how much of the board is done.
- A mismatch flips back after less than a second, and clicks are ignored until it does.
- Clear a board to unlock the next size up, which is dealt at once. Clearing the 8x8 deals another 8x8.
- Before you flip your first card, the size button in the footer cycles through 4x4, 6x6 and 8x8 and deals the one it lands on, so you can start on the board you want.
- Once you have flipped a card, that button becomes End. It throws away the board and deals a fresh one at the same size, with your score back at zero.
Scoring
- Score rewards memory. A matched pair is worth 10. Turning up a card you have already seen, and that had been flipped back down, costs 4 (the score never drops below zero). Clearing a board adds 25 for each level, doubled if you cleared it without turning up a single card twice.
- Best is the highest score you have reached.
- The ranked result is the 8x8 clear time: the clock runs, unseen, while the full board is in play, and a clear banks its time. Faster is better.
- The 4x4 and 6x6 boards are untimed and bank nothing. They are the way in.
