Burrow
Bop the critters as they pop up out of the garden with your mallet, before they duck back down and cost you a heart.

How to play
- Critters tunnel under the soil, break through at a free spot and pop up for a moment. Click a critter to bop it. The mallet only appears where you click, and a click that hits nothing breaks your streak.
- A moving mound in the soil is a critter still tunnelling. Click close to the mound for a deep bop: it pays double, works on any kind, and the burrow fills in without ever opening.
- Buns are worth 10. Hard hats take two bops, because the first only dents the helmet. Golden critters are worth 50 but stay up only half as long, and cost nothing if they get away.
- A bun or a hard hat that gets away costs a heart.
- Thornburs (spiky, from level 2) are never worth a bop: bopping one costs a heart, and so does a deep bop on its mound. Leave them alone and they sink away for free.
- You have three hearts. When the last is gone the plot freezes with a red ring on whatever ended the run. New clears it. From a clear plot, Start or a click on the soil begins the next run.
Scoring
- Score - 10 for a bun, 25 for a hat and 50 for gold, times your streak's multiplier. A deep bop pays double on top.
- Streak - every 3 bops in a row add one to the multiplier, up to x4. A click that hits nothing, or a bopped Thornbur, resets it.
- Level - rises with the bops you land. Each level brings more burrows at once (from 2 up to 7), a shorter tunnel and a shorter stay, and better odds of thorns, hats and gold.
- Best is your best run, kept per player.
